How many visits do I get for the annual fee? 

You are not limited to a set number of visits. Dr. Bode will see you as many times as you need to.

What does it cost to be under Dr. Bode's care?

Dr. Bode charges an annual fee of $2000 per person.

How long is an appointment?

Telling Dr. Bode up front what is bothering you, hurting, or not feeling well, allows Dr. Bode to book your appointment for as long as you need him. He sees patients for anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on your needs.

Does Dr. Bode take insurance? 

No. This care is strictly a cash-pay practice.

What if I have health insurance? 

Many of Dr. Bode’s patients have health insurance either privately or through their employer. You will still utilize your health insurance for labs, x-rays, medications and to see specialists.

What are Dr. Bode’s hours? 

Dr. Bode sees patients Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. In certain circumstances, if your schedule does not allow a week day appointment, Dr. Bode will see you on the weekend. Dr. Bode also requests that all routine matters be addressed within his normal business hours and that after hours and weekends be reserved for emergencies only.

Where does Dr. Bode see his patients?

Dr. Bode has a home office in North Phoenix and he will also drive to your home for an appointment.  Dr. Bode utilizes Facetime and Zoom to meet patient’s needs as well.

How long does it take to get appointment with Dr. Bode? 

Dr. Bode leaves several appointments a week available for urgent matters. For routine medical issues, he commits to seeing you within a week of your request.

How long does it take Dr. Bode to fill a prescription?

Dr. Bode asks that all prescriptions be requested 3 days prior to your prescription running out.

Does Dr. Bode ever take time off?

Yes. Just like you, Dr. Bode needs a break from time to time. When Dr. Bode will be out of the office, you will be notified a week in advance, and you will be asked to request all prescription refills before he leaves. He also asks that all routine and chronic issues be handled before he leaves or when he returns. There is always an on-call Dr. available to you for urgent matters.

How does Dr. Bode accept payment?

Venmo, Zelle, cash and credit are acceptable methods of payment. Due to rising costs of credit card processing, there is a small fee to use a credit or debit card

What is the best way to reach Dr. Bode? 

You will have Dr. Bode’s personal cell phone number.  You must text him to get a hold of him as he is unable to answer every phone call and his voicemail is typically full halfway through the day.

Does Dr. Bode offer discounts for his services? 

Yes. Dr. Bode gives a 50% discount to all active-duty military, veterans and first responders.

Is Dr. Bode accepting new patients?

Dr. Bode does limit his practice to a certain number of patients that allows him to provide the best service possible and to maintain a healthy work/life balance for himself. He will always take new patients until he reaches full capacity. If his practice is full when you contact him, he maintains a waiting list in case patients fall off his roster.
